  • Ethically Sustainable Beef

    The average Australian Dairy farm does not require 70% of the calves born each year and only the heifer calves are kept to join the milking herd. We saw this as an opportunity to develop a sustainable product for the market, to provide a better outcome for animals, and to create value for our investors.

  • Grass-Fed, Premium Beef

    Our beef is reared on milk and grass fed with the addition of a high-quality grain ration in a stress-free, natural environment. Angus Beef breeds were chosen for their growth rates, temperament and muscle development and are mated with our dairy cows which is resulting in premium quality, healthy, and delicious beef.

    More and more consumers are seeking to know the provenance of their food, the way in which it has been grown, and the methods of farming. We invite you to join us on the journey from our paddock to your plate.
